The hotel has a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms were nice, clean, and had a balcony, but there were bars instead of a door to the balcony. Dealing with unexpected charges was a hassle, but efforts were made to avoid legal actions. The location was convenient for a short stay, close to attractions but in a rough area. Dining options were limited and overpriced. Services were decent, with helpful staff but mixed responses to some issues.
